Custom printable, long lasting yet soft, low profile bracelets can help you readily identify a resident’s diet consistency, if there are any liquid restrictions, plus if they are a diabetic, or require nourishment via tube feeding.

The initial release of this application let’s you choose from 11 different backgrounds, offers 6 liquid restriction categories and 5 diet consistency categories. Caregivers will even know at a glance if a resident’s diet prevents them from having bread. The only special requirements are a small printer designed for this use and bracelet media. We have sourced both to make it easier for you. Future releases of the application will include additional information key to helping caregivers know important things at a glance on a resident’s behalf.
