This complete OSHA recordkeeping tool allows you to print completely filled out federally required OSHA forms 300, 301, 300A and certain demographic information on the First Report of Injury for your particular state. Recordable Case Rate and DART Rate information is automatically calculated over any range of time frames you desire and available on the Employee Recap Report of recordable injuries.
