Medeasy MDS 3.0 The new generation of Medeasy software has been created to adapt to the changes your skilled nursing facility faces everyday as the profession moves one step closer to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). MDS Overview:  Provides a high level look at timeliness on resident assessments for multiple dates and multiple tasks. Overview data can be sorted to suit your needs to help you prioritize how you want to work through your the task list. You directly link into an individual resident's assessment tracking information from task list.
MDS Tracking:  Quick look into a resident's assessment history. Tracking information details ARD, Completion, CATS, Care Plan, Submission File Dates.
Assessment Type, RUG, ADL, CPS and CMI scores. Pick an assessment item on the tracking list and drill into the assessment itself. PPS Tracking:  Provides a high level view of all residents in the facility that are on or have had a PPS Track. List includes the resident's primary diagnosis for the PPS Track Easy to use interface for starting and stopping a PPS Track Weight Tracking:  Spreadsheet style entry of weights enables quick entry of weights for residents.
Current weight entry is compared automatically with previous weight entry. Roster / Matrix:  Enables you to keep up resident's changing conditions as soon as they change. Provides data for printing out CMS Form 802 and 672. Easy entry enables you to update all reidents quickly. Care Area Assessments (CAAs):  Adapted from recommended CAA Resources from CMS
