iPad Tests Prove Fruitful

One of the biggest hurdles in rolling out new technology is the cost of the infrastructure.  Based on our intial testing, Apple's iPad may help overcome this hurdle.  Testing of Medeasy's computerized physician order entry management system (MEMAR) and resident demographics collection system (Admission Wizard 3.0) have proven fruitful.  From the nurse adminstering medications or collecting vital signs at the point of contact with a resident, to the regional admissions marketing staff managing admissions for multiple facilities, the iPad could become the device of choice.  It's price point is incredibly competitive with other wireless devices and the user experience is more personal than utilitarian.  We are excited about the advance of technology and look forward to having our new genration of software take advantage of the flexibility the iPad provides.  Check out the iPad today and more importantly let us show you how we can incorporate our new generation of software with this device to provide cost effective solutions for your long term care facility.
